seriously, anyone who ranks mayuri low tier look at his powers, abilities and bankai :/. he can beat ANY CAPTAIN cause he fights with poison, which unless all the other captains are immune to his poisons (doubt it) then its a wrap PLUS he said he constantly changes his poison AND all his poisons are based from his own BLOOD, he's EPIC
