Was Gohan 12 or 13 when he fought Cell? Or if one takes 'Teen' to mean the older Gohan (17, I think?), do we mean Great Saiyaman Saga, or do we mean right before he got absorbed by Buu (when he was like, stronger than SS2, maybe close to SS3). There are lots of different power levels for Teen Gohan.

Gohan had a power level of like 1300 as a kid against Radditz, I don't think any Naruto character tops that.

If you run out of chakra you die, and DBZ characters don't have chakra, therefore they're dead. Naruto wins.

Unless you're like Goku who can fight the living while dead because of special rules, but... we're only talking Gohan, and he didn't get to.
