Was Gohan 12 or 13 when he fought Cell? Or if one takes 'Teen' to mean the older Gohan (17, I think?), do we mean Great Saiyaman Saga, or do we mean right before he got absorbed by Buu (when he was like, stronger than SS2, maybe close to SS3). There are lots of different power levels for Teen Gohan.

Gohan had a power level of like 1300 as a kid against Radditz, I don't think any Naruto character tops that.

<,< like comparing two completly different anime's is even possible, however i will play along. in dbz it was all about spirit energy. the more spirit energy the more powerfull you were the melee pretty much useless although cool to look at they always decided the battle by who could put out the most spirit power. you would have to find our how much spirit power naruto has and then you could decided the fight. and since naruto would have no reason to fight gohan like when he fought gaara to save sakuras life he probably would lose now if gohan was holding one of narutos friends hostage narutos spirit energy would surge and he would win hands down.
