I found it weird how the corpse managed to be thrown to a wall and managed to stay at a kind of sitting position. I don't think that's suppose to happen with a lifeless body.

but actually there is one Pains body which "died" or is simply usless. Asura Pain, the one Kakashi "killed"

Maybe the black things have some sort of importance so h removed them from the dead body so it would n't not be used against him
