My guess is he's going to get a single KB to stand still and gather chakra. Once filled up, the KB will touch Naruto and transfer the chakra.

How is that going to help him while he is moving?

The KB will hide somewhere, sit still, gather the chakra, and when it's ready it'll get back to the original.

I still say one of them fights while the other gathers the spirit bomb, that strat did a number on Vegeta/Frieza/Majin Buu.

I am pretty sure that what ever he does involves a Kage Bunshin. Reason is that every one of his jutsu's involve him using it to some degree.
