The Konoha party are trailing Sasuke when Pein appears behind Kakashi. (and mega LOL at Babelfish's "The pain stands in rear of [kakashi]")
Yamato knows Pein from reputation (he is the prodigy from a clan specialized in doujutsus in the Rain village)
The fight starts, babelfish didn't make sense here. I think Yamato uses a wood prison technique to protect the 6 kids while he and Kakashi takes on AL.

Sasuke is resting and is nursed by Karin

Kisame and Itachi are talking and I didn't make any sense of the BF translation

Pein pierces Yamato's chest, the prison disappears. Kakashi knocks out Naruto and tell Kiba to take him and run away with the others while he holds off AL

Next week : Pein vs Kakashi : conclusion.

is almost all talk and was hard to make sens of.
It starts raining and they have trouble to follow Sasuke's trail. They propose to scatter before Sasuke's scent disappear with the rain when AL and the Akatsuki woman appears.

Well either there's some mass-teleport Jutsu, or the Akatsuki village isn't to far away, since Tobi appeared there so quickly after the fight.

I doubt its real. When was the last fight between two main characters that lasted 19 or so pages. Plus, you are saying they show a big fight, an introduction of a characters history, sasuke getting taken away, and naruto getting taken away all in a single chapter. I think not. Maybe naruto and sasuke leaving, along with Pain's history, but not the fight.
