I liked the episode as well. Byakuya's words and tone are so much more arrogant when spoken as compared to its written counterpart. The "Arrancar Encyclopedia" warranted a chuckle as well.

i like this episode., the only thing i did not like is when they showed kenpachi jumping to kill tesla when he did not do that in manga

The animation was definitely weak is some parts but I liked the episode alot.

Was Yachiru kicking Ichigo in the manga? I don't remember that happening. Still it was funny as hell.

Censors seemed to have been asleep, Tesla falling to pieces was a nice surprise. Mayuri and Ganz, ready to measure who is better mad scientist, Byakuya showing some real speed and arrogance class and Ken-chan... being Ken-chan. Yachiru giving Ichigo extra beating was an anime extra, but a welcomed one. Yachiru-chan is always welcomed.
