but from what we heard before to safekeep a villages secret thats why they hunt missing nins.. konoha probably dont want the Sharingan to fall into someone elses hands..

just to let u know im uptodate with naruto n a whole load of other anime, maybe even more that u. so its hard for me to remmember all the little details. get it?

I read that some time ago. I just figured it was his personal "to kill" list like every body else says. I didn't figure he was in the bingo book. All well he very well may be.
