For me it is Senju Hashirama - the man was a visionary who had the strength and the will to end the endless violence of the era of secret clans and start the first hidden village.

He is the greatest because I think Naruto will lead all the shinobi villages to a new peaceful era , but to go from the the era of secret clans to the era of peace brought about by naruto is impossible. Hashirama is the person who with his immense strength bridges the gap between the two eras.

This should be unanimous. It is Minato. It says that he is the greatest shinobi in the manga, and he saved the village. He is like the Jesus of the Naruto world.

Don't know who to vote for... Difficult choice, I don't really know a answer to that.

I voted Minato, but this is slightly biased since there's no way we can no about the skill, bonds and choices the sage of the six paths took. But, I think you could definitely argue he's the greatest shinobi in terms of accomplishments, you can't really top the founder of ninjutsu.

i think minato was the strongest but not the greatest, he died too young. I think the 1st acomplished more, so i think he is greater than minato.
