In an interview Kishi said someone will lose his eyesight? Maybe its Kakashi, then.

If kakashi loses the sharingan his two main techniques are ruined. Remember when it said Kakashi perfected chidori through the use of sharingan. If he loses the sharingan chidori will possibly have issues. He also will lose the MS. This would have three effects for the future of the manga. Kakashi could use more of his 1000 techniques without the strain of sharingan. It could mean he'd mean he'd need a replacement eye such as the rinnengan. Or it could ruin him as a ninja. The last 2 choices would not impress me. Not that the first would either, but it's better than the new generation cliche and the ninja's are eye thieves cliche. If Kakashi loses those two techniques and wants to recover he will probably have to come up with some bs method to learn a technique surpassing all others in a week or two. I seriously don't want to see anymore of that. So all spoilers are hopefully fake. Though the first does not scream fake as much as most spoilers. But i think it is fake because it has such a big event so soon. Their fight has been short thus far, Kakashi losing an eye this soon if he did would be a bit to soon. Unless Kakashi has to overcome pein without it. Which would mean him focusing (probably for the ms) would have been pointless.

Pain is calm, not suprised at all that Asura realm got killed.
Kakashi then stands up, Pain smiles, on next panel we see pain behind Kakashi with a sword, he misses Kakashi, but Kakashi's headband is destroyed. Switches to Naruto's training. We see him smiling with Pa Frog on his shoulder. Back to Kakashi vs Pain, Choji tries to hit God realm with his huge hands, it's useless, Pain dodges it. We see Kakashi's sharingan slowly becoming into a Mangekyo sharingan but then, Pain throws black needles at Kakashi's eyes and it seems that he got hit.
Next chapter : A true hero dies.
