The spoiler pic is one of Kakashi getting killed. The text says, a hero "dies"... however it might refer to Kakashi losing a sharingan.

Pain is holding something small, nails I think. He throws it at Kakashi(more like it levitates) and hits Kakashi. We see Kakashi get hit by the nails (might lose his sharingan). Also, there is a text saying "The hero falls" it can mean Kakashi's death, but in this case it's Kakashi losing his Sharingan.

I've posted a spoiler, go and check it, it's still pending, but it's from 2ch so it might actually turn out true, but I doubt it, the first spoilers are always fake.

This is a picture of pain pulling Kakashi closer I think, the picture is too small so I cannot translate the text, in the end, we see Kakashi getting hit by something.

Ok, how about this. Kakashi loses his sharingan while fighting Pain BUT after Naruto defeats Pain he recives a rinnengan.

I'm bored so: After Naruto get Sasgay back to senses he'll give one of his eyes to Kakashi.

Title: Capture Pain!!

The chapter starts with Naruto with scratches all over his face looking really tired.
Naruto: Pa Frog i think im done with my training!

Fukusaku looks as though he is thinking deeply.
Fukusaku: Naruto there is a lot of danger heading back to konoha in these times! people have been saying that Sasuke has joned the Akatsuki!!

Naruto has a shocked expression on his face. Exclamation marks and question markes are in the panel.
Naruto: ...?

Scene changes to Konoha.

Kakashi and pain are staring each other off.
Pain: There is no way a mortal can defeat God!!

Next panel shows Pain dragging Kakashi towards him again. Kakashi has has arms pinned to his side.
Kakashi: !!!
Kakashi thinking (this cant me the end...)

The next panel shows Pain being knocked aside by Iruka
Iruka: Quick Kakashi!

Kakashi gets up an unveils his Mangekyo Sharingan!

Kakashi: Now I get serious Pain! This is the end of you!!
