How much do you like Eyeshield 21?

How would you all rate Eyeshield 21 in a scale from 1-10. 1 being the lowest, 10 being the highest.

Very unusual scaling (but then again, I'm a really hard grader). On this scale, I gave it a 10, but for me, anything rating above a 7 is a must-read.

Eyeshield 21 gets a well-earned 8/10 for being one of the most solid sports-action series ever to grace the pages of Weekly Jump. It's on the level of Slam Dunk and Hajime no Ippo (although I give a very slight edge to Ippo out of the three) in terms of great writing, intense action, and incredibly likeable characters who you cheer for, every single time. The art is also exceptional--this is why it's better to have a dedicated writer-artist team instead of just one person doing everything (even with assistants), because your work will look that much better because of it. Murata Yuusuke PLAYS with perspective and SHOWS OFF what he can do every step of the way, making this great-to-read story even better to look at.

Pick it up, bitches, give it a read. It's worth it.

Okay, the footbal games are great (a little unrealistic sometimes, but hey), but everything about out of the games, all the story behind the team characters sucks a little bit.

It's really not horrible or anything but its just not one of the first manga I would go for.. For a sports story I guess it has most of the basic elements, but I can’t help feel that it lacks something or another.

I voted 9. Because it's really funny. Compare to real football, it's more exciting even it's a little bit unrealistic.
