Itachi, Pain, and Minato are pure awesome in my book. If Neji wasn't such a bitch in the beginning I would put him up there because of his fighting style, even though it's technically the same to other Hyuuga's it's just badass. Itachi the coolest badass in Naruto along with Pain who seems to be freakishly strong, I can't wait to see the real Pain/Nagato in action. Minato for his out right awesomeness, he's one of those guys who you know is a badass shinobi even though they've showed so little of him. There's just something about him. Jiraiya and Kakashi get honorable mentions.
