The battle I would like to see hasn't come as yet and when it does I will comment on it. For now, I liked the Naruto vs Sasuke Fight, (the first one). I like one-one fights. They show the Shinobi true skills without being helped.

Naruto and Sasuke at the VOTE. Pure awesomeness. The ending was not shonen type. The powers were unleased to the fullest. The historical connection was just awesome. and most important thing..... Naruto's speech did not work!

Sakura and Chino definitely the best in my opinion. It was the first time we actually got to see sakura's true growth and that girl went balls out to get the job done. Using the explosive tag on herself to free herself, getting impaled with poison blades, it was a phenomenal, phenomenal battle!

Going by your list looks like your keeping pace with anime so as far as that goes Chiyo and Sakura vs Sasori is one of the most epic fights in the anime so far.
Before Sasori I thought all puppet masters where lame Konkuro's stlye still looks lame to me. Seeing what a real high level puppet master could do really changed my opionion of them.
Not to mention we finally get to see Sakura showcase her real skills. Her coolness during this fight made up for most of her lameness during the 1st series.

Chiyo/Sakura vs. Sasori is #1 for me.
It showed how much Sakura had progressed and how far she had come in general from the scared little girl before to now, plus it had 2 intelligent people fight 1 super intelligent guy rather than just rushing in Naruto style.A pie in the sky?
