I don't think reincarnation is out of the question, first off jiraiya stated that the rinnegan was supposedly only a legend that came from the Rokudou but yet nagato developed it... Even though there was no other history of anyone else having it.. If it was bloodline limit it would seem more people would know about such a thing.. Thats why jiraiya was so surprised... I still don't understand why he didnt investigate further as to why he had the rinnegan thouh and where it came from

My theory is on killing him that it's possible to kill the host body(or bodies)
It's going to happen. He could be reincarnated in some other person down the line, but there might be a way to stop that from happening. I'm sure before Naruto ends, there won't be any Six paths anymore if this is the case. There might be plot no jutsu involved when they get rid of him for good.
