Kakashi New Jutsu.....??????

Ok,

I was just wandering about the image below. What exactly was Kakashi planning on doing with the Jutsu,

Doton: Doryuuheki !!

or

Earth Element - Flowing Earth Wall

. I mean understand if he used some sort of Fire Jutsu or Water Jutsu . But, this jutsu I just couldn't figure-out what he was planning here.

The only conclusion is that he was planning to corner Pain, you know block any path of escape. But, I could be wrong.

What do you all think.

It was a trap jutsu. The dogs behind maybe were to catch the victim, who, not knowing the jutsu, could go back to avoid, and fall in the trap. Kakashi, after all, wasnt for fighting, his idea was to know what Akatsuki wanted going into Konoha, and he realized that. He must he well prepared and know that this guy was Jiraiya´s murderer, so, knowing the danger Pein represents, he tried to jail him.

The raikiri he used, was to make Pein retreat, and make him fall to the dogs, but Rinnegan made the jutsu going wrong. And the "KI" expulsion... whoaa.. Anyway, Doton: Doryuuheki is no more.

Well, it got destroyed in a instant, so either it was a trap jutsu preventing move ( you see Pain just moving his head to dodge and not replying a attack so it could "prevent" movement of the body or "root" someone to a place. We'll see this week I guess.

I was wondering about that too. it was probably a wall to keep Pein from striking Iruka while he fled. I was hoping the dog faces were going to do something, but nah

It was just a wall to pin Pein against. That way, Kakashi had an open shot for his Raikiri.

The problem or the Thing that misleads us is that the wall did nothing. Even after Kakashi final corned Pain unto the wall the wall, didn't suck or absorb Pain into it. Nor, did it shoot out & grabbed Pain. It just stood there, like a wall.

That's when I thought what a lame jutsu that does nothing but stand still........
