Well, about the EMS...I find it rather weird (LOL) that you need to take your brothers eyes to achieve it. I mean, that's a pretty strict rule (though for a good power up), not everyone has siblings after all. I would rather say that you need eyes of someone who is "genetically similar" to you. Of course the best option are siblings since the genetical material is almost the same ("half" mother, "half" father...). But you could probably take the parents's eyes, though the material is not entirely compatible (one eye from each XD )

This "wanting the sharingan and achieving" thingy is quite plausible, yet the free power-ups must stop somewhere, if not with mangekyou, then definitely with EMS.
