    I'm sorry, while Pain is certainly powerful, and flashy, he just doesn't have the subtlety I'm looking for in a villain, the deviousness of Madara or Orochimaru.

    Temperjoke is right. The maliciousness that surrounds mandara and especially oro's actions is wht pain lacks. But I guess he makes up for it with his insane techniques
