not totally true. it hasnt been officially stated that shanks is no longer in mihawk's league. imean shanks could still fight on par with WB. it has only been said that after shanks lost his arm mihawk stop searching him out for duels because mihawk thought it was an "unhonourable" duel

shanks is more famous for being a great pirate than a swordsman. mihawk, on the other hand, is well known for being a master swordsman.
