only the combined efforts of the Marines and the Shichibukai that keeps Yonkou power in check, right?
Marines has 3 fearsome admirals with sengoku (haven`t revealed yet) and 7 Shichis.
Yonkou d`Four Emperors, are the 4 great pirates who rule the second half of the Grand Line (New Era).
yet, this almost means 3 admirals+7shichis are equall to 4 Emperors.
by calculate means 1 emperor could stand 2 shicis or 1 admiral+1 shichi.
it stated that Mihawk, d` greatest swordsman were rivals (nearly equall) to shanks...

Means:
mihawk = shanks
mihawk = 2 shichis or 1 admiral+1 shichi
then mihawk far greater than other Shichi

Yeah, I don't think Mihawk had any intention of actually killing Zoro either. I think he just wanted to give Zoro a 'taste' of a 'World Power'.

And then somehow Zoro ended up in the Ocean. Think of how much that salt water must sting!!!

I voted Mihawk because he's like a One Man Army. Or is it an Army of One? I don't know how the saying goes. Also, what's up with his Green Flame candles on this boat? And how does he travel around so quickly on it? There's no bathroom on his boat! (Although, with the Ocean as your toilet...) And it doesn't look like he can carry much food on his boat either.

blackbeard couldnt beat mihawk cos BB DF only negates other Devil fruit so it would be noob on mihawk and since BB logia fruit still makes him take hits normally he would be screwed
the only thing he would have is his super strength and endurance...

It's a hard decision to make, especially because we haven't seen Jimbei yet, or what the other Shichibukai besides Moria and Croc (ex) were really made out of but I'll say Mihawk as well for now.
