Jimbei-Chose to help WB and Luffy and is no longer one
Crocodile- kicked out of corruption
So that leaves us with Kuma and crazy ass Donflamingo. In this matchup I got to give it to the Pacifista.

doflamingo can able to match mihawk. He has DF puppeteer. He can control mihawk before using haki and his strong slash.

^doflamingos df is quite good if you don't know how he uses it, but once you know the secret it's effectivity will drop hugely. If mihawks knows how doflamingos df works( which is strings imo) then he could easily cut them down

Exactly one minute he is controling people the next he is cutting off a giants leg. We cant fully grasp at it. Still we dont know much about haki and its ability to counteract the fruits Mihawk still could have the advantage
