and

does anyone know the title of the opening sound of episode 78-79?
and also the ending song ...

Opening theme is "CLOSER" by Inoue Joe (井上ジョー)
Ending theme is "Long Kiss Good Bye" by HALCALI.

I'm sorry, I don't know any sites with the full lyrics, and I don't think the singles are out yet. Anime opening and ending singles usually get released a couple of weeks or so after the episode first using them are shown.

I know the ending is in full format, but don't know about the opening.
Also, you best try galbadia hotel (just google it).

HALCALI's single "Long Kiss Goodbye" doesn't come out until November 12 (http://wiki.theppn.org/HALCALI), but I guess if there's a will, there's a way

That's weird I found the theme on youtube which was full, the weird thing is it was uploaded 2 weeks ago :O.
