By the end of Naruto, would Itachi die?

I think Naruto will end up killing Itachi and Sasuke will just hate him.
The second and third battles between Naruto and Sasuke is inevitable.

Or maybe right...Sasuke kills Itachi and then Tobi pops up out of nowhere and removes his mask and it turns out to be Sasuke's dad and he's like "hahaha! you've been punk'd" and the whole entire Uchiha clan appears out of the nearby bushes and from under rocks and things and they all start to make fun of Sasuke for wasting his entire life on revenge. This is when it turns out that Itachi didn't die and instead it was a genjutsu on Sasuke to make him think that he killed his brother. So then Orochimaru inside Sasuke's head starts to tease him and tell him that he was in on it from the beginning and that was why he had to leave Akatsuki in order to make sure that Sasuke was put entirely on the path of revenge just so that it could all lead to that one moment where Sasuke's life goal is trivialized.

That plot twist would have me hooked on this manga series forever.

I think Itachi's fate will be far different from what people expect. Itachi has something up his sleeve and I think it has something to do with Naruto.

I like this idea. I would want to see what sasuke's reaction is when he finds out Naruto killed his brother. A day late and a dollar short. As usual

Itachi captures Naruto so he can use him as bait for Sasuke.
Then they have a little tea party at Tobi's house. =D

Truthfully, I don't know what to expect from this character....-.-
Maybe he'll live and Sasuke will die....(gut feeling about this)

i fink itachi will let sasuke kill him then sasuke will find out some giant twist in that itachi killed them for him (or something like that) and then sasuke will start crying (itachi will get a giant heros funeral) and then the twist will endup with sasuke killing mandara or pein or someone like that (itachi is the japanese serverus snape lol)
