Well, we know three if them already.
Animal Realm=Summons
Hungry Ghost Realm=Chakra absorbtion
Human Realm=Taijutsu and apparently soul sucking

Which leaves the Demon realm, the God realm, and the Hell realm. Given the fact that the three we don't know have the scarier names, I'm gonna guess they have the most impressive abilities. My guess is...
God Realm=Leader/lots and lots of abilities
Demon Realm=Weapons and lots of raw power (I'm thinking like a cross between Kakuzu and Sasori)
Hell Realm=Probably some kind of genjutsu

I would say God Pain ( Yahiko) its the same one that does that Replica Clone Jutsu and it seems to have the power of creation

Animal realm = Summoning jutsus/controlling summons as well

Hungry Ghost = consumes directed chakra/elemental attacks (not taijutsu, but remember? when Jiraiya attempted to burn them all, he absorbed the oil and the fire)

Demon Realm = Ranged physical attacks

Hell Realm = unsure, we just haven't seen enough to gauge

Human Realm = soul reading/control

God Realm = reading barriers, and creating/controlling his own barriers
