I'm watching it atm, just had to pause it, my cup of tea went down the wrong pipe when that Micheal Jackson bit came up on the not conforming to the original rant, my lungs almost died, damn you zetsubou x3
The part with Itoshiki training his neck so he doesn't die in his suicide attempts was great too.
