    I would use Anime Ace, it has a smooth and nice manga/comic feel to it. I use it for manga edits, they come out really clean and great afterwords.

    I'm fairly certain Comic sans is NOT the standard (that would be absurd). I think a lot of scanlators like to keep their specific fonts within their own groups (or at least the scanlators who don't want their scans to be stolen easily...)

    Not quite, I'm just too lazy to write a list of my 543413208 fonts that I tend
    to use... however, I'd be GLAD if everyone would use the fonts I use, since...
    I personally like those fonts and would like to see them on more scanlations

    Well, I think most people use Anime Ace and Wild Words. I personally use Wild Words for text, but for SFX, I use Manga Temple or TrashHand.
