I'm not a fan of full body avatars, the size 150x142 seems weird and you lost some considerable quality with the resizing

I see real potential in that avatar, i love what you did with the color scheme but the low quality is really hurting the overall result. That, and i could you could have positioned it better to include more of the gun.

7/10. It looks poorly resized :< I think in PS you hit shift while resizing and in gimp it's ctrl + shift and it will save the proportions.
