It is fake, anyone w/ a good memory will recognize those panels from earlier chapters. Plus look at some of the page lay outs, give kishimoto some credit he's much better than that.

Is fake but, I have to admit it... Is a damm good fake chapter. He used scenes from Orochimaru vs Naruto, Deidara vs Sasuke, an image of the cover with Itachi is from the flashbacks. You also need to notice that Sasuke is clean and also his clothes. And when Itachi starts to use the Magenkyo Sharingan you can see kyubii eyes.
