I didn't have the entire databook (I wasn't the original uploader), but I found 7 of the pages and uploaded those. I put a request in on the form I got the original link on to see if anyone still has it. The link above should get you the 7 pages I have now

i've started the databook trans for 1 but eh...it's a free time project so i haven't had the time to touch it for several months. if someone finishes it before me please let me know...no point in doing it twice, right?
