Bad font choice. Bad picture. Text in the background cannot be read. Lines serve no other purpose that to disrupt flow so it looks bad. Bad depth. I am not a fan of rainbow on gray-scale. The one upside down "G" should've been colored dark blue going to purple, instead of light blue to dark blue. It looks like there might be something going on behind the background text but I have no clue what it is. Signatures need to have things that are aesthetically appealing to the looker. The render looks like a shoddy piece of work from a two-bit artist. No one can see what is going on because the letters MGMT or whatever are in the front obstructing everything that you apparently did. And if no one could tell what was going on behind the text why is there even stuff behind it in the first place.
