do you remember how uchihas gained MS? First ones were Madara and his bro but they were exeptional cuz it was said that they had some unusual chakra - that was when sharingan evolution created potencial to gain MS to future generetions of Uchihas like Itachi and Sasuke thanks to two extremely rare uchihas
So what if the same thing happen to Hyuugas, maybe Neji is gonna be the first rare one to gain some level up cuz hes exeptional, he may doscover some special conditions that will power up hes Byakugan so that next gen Hyuugas will have the same potencial

I explained the reasons why I don't think the Byakugan needs an upgrade. So please, explain your reasoning, other than, "that same can be said..."

@Damon Max: Madara and his brother didn't have unusual chakra, they happened to discover the way to unlock the MS... But yes, that same can happen with Neji
