Why dont the Byakugan have higher level eye

I don't thinks their attacks differed because of nejiis improved vision, but mainly because of his excellent chakra control and taijutsu skills..

i highly dount its because he can see better. he has better precision because he is a much more skilled fighter and much quicker than hinata. its like two boxers, the can be equal in strength speed and power but the one with more skill will win

these links just shed som light on my 1st point i just think theres more to the byakugan than were being shown hope it plays a key role in the future chapters

A genin being able to produce that kind of damage to internal organs from a few taps. The Hyuuga clan and their power shouldn't be underestimated. There's no need for any "higher eye levels."
