Just found this FC and I would like to be IN, so can there be created Rain Village in which I would be the Kage, will appreciate if so

well, i dont want to start another village so just pick an existing village, and tell me which position you want

tatsukai... i hope you take this into consideration but i agree with damon max i think we should make the nine shinobi villages, you know grass, rain, sound, and ect

theres only 5 great villages, hence the five kages,
any more and they'll be like one member per village.
like look at how many the sand and the leaf has compared to the cloud and the mist and the rock village. quite frankly there isnt enough people to warrant 9 different villages plus akatsuki and ronin.
if there were as many people in all existing villages as there are in the sand and leaf then i would, but as of now 5 is enough
