WTF Fillers

Yes they do suck, But I'd prefer to have something to watch than having to wait 2-3 weeks per episode.

No way at least Naruto fillers fit into the story and usually add some extra content about side charcters.

Bleach fillers are some of the most pointless waste of time. Need I bring up that Cake episode "Thats not how you cut strawberries" ....

bleach: some filler interspersed throughout soul society arc
filler arc= bounts, 45 eps
filler arc= new captain thing, currently 18 eps, i see it going for 25 eps

naruto: interspersed fillers that last 1-3 eps
then you have 85 filler eps in a row.
then shippuden, then you get around 20 filler eps and the filler arc is still going


all in all, naruto has the worst amount of fillers

Its not the number of fillers but the content and usefullness of the filler story. I think Naruto fillers add more detail to the main story. Like the fillers that show what happned to Anko and the 12 gaurdians filler in shippuden (even tho the ending sucked)

I liked some of the Naruto fillers. Like that one Fat Ino episode. Or like the other ones that go into backstory stuff, like mentioned Anko backstory with Oro arc, and 12 guardians with flashbacks, Iruka flashback, Hinata's growth arc, the ramen guy get's an episode, that one chick who's hot for gaara get's an arc..

Most of the naruto fillers, expand the story and have some relevance.

The current Bleach fillers, have no relevance, and will have no impact on the future episodes when they get back to the HM arc. We'll never see the extra characters again, not the little girl or anyone else, not even in a flashback.

Got to agree with POW. Naruto may have many more fillers, but like what was said in the quote above they do add more detail. I also think that after watching the fillers and finally getting to the real material you appreciate it much more.

Bleach fillers are garbage and have nor will ever improve.

i guess its because i dont watch the fillers, i wait them out, i didnt watch the whole bount arc, im not watching this new captain arc. i didnt watch the 80 filler streak for naruto, so for me the shorter i have to wait before i watch again, the better

I tend to wait out the fillers and then watch them in one go once they're completed. That way, im positive the following episode will get back to the storyline.
