EMS nothing but hype

The EMS has NOT been hyped up in any forum i have seen, it has been discussed at length because it is as far as we know the highest plateau a Uchiha can reach, and its abilities are still a mystery in the manga despite it being mentioned so much.

It hasnt been said its the mother of all jutsu's its just stated as being an incredibly powerful and rare Uchiha technique

People have to stop saying "you can only get it through implanting your brothers eyes" any story where there only seems to be one way of achieving something inevitably introduces another. For instance Sasuke obtained MS without killing Naruto "as itachi stated you must kill your best friend" wrong, and Itachi transferred his amaterasu (this could be all his MS techniques it wasnt stated whether Sasukes genjutsu used on the eight tales was tsukyomi but it was implied through sasuke MS being active and having to hold his eye shut to steady himself, before getting owned) one of his MS techniques without having to give him his eyes, this could be the other form of awakening EMS that Itachi has researched and put into effect, whether it was successful remains to be seen through sasukes definitive use of the rest of Itachis techniques

And whoever asked what better tool then EMS in the ninja world? the Sword of totsuka and the mirror shield obviously

As far as the rinnegan goes all this speculation is irritating, we dont know the conditions that have to be met in order for the user of the rinnegan to take over a shinobis body, as far as we have seen the only use the rinnegan has on its own is a paraletic effect on the shinobi that attacked nagato and yahiko will they where training, aswell as taking over numerous hosts (unknown how this happens).

Despite the talk of it being able to ressurrect the dead, this seems to be only under the condition that the host was already under its control, otherwise you'd have to question why not revive Itachi or search for Jiraiya and have him become the sixth member of pains six paths instead of the girl.

otherwise the rinnegan vs sharingan one on one is impossible to determine as we have know idea how the rinnegan works, while being used by the original host in a fight and if it has any other effects, despite allowing the user the use of every elemental jutsu which makes him a kick ass shinobi on his own, better then kakuzu 4 element types

it still doesnt cover the fact that people make out to be the greats thing in the manga without seeing even once. When people get so excited about something they dont know about they often get very disappointed. For instance most post ive read where people talk about EMS and the rinnegan most of them say EMS cause Madara gives the orders but we seen the rinnegan and some of what it can do but we havent seen EMS or anything it can do. It like seeing a Guy sitting on a Basketball court and saying that he can beat Micheal Jordan it just doest make sence so thats why im saying its being over hyped

How can you tell if its over hyped until you see what it is capable of... IT would only have been over hyped if iut doesn't live up to the expectations of the people who were talking about it

Well you can't be sure if it is over hyped illyou see what it is capable of. So at the moment you nor no one else can tell if it is over hyped because no one knows its true capablity
