Are you sure you're connected to the server? (/s irc.irchighway.net)
Did you register properly? (/ns REGISTER <password> <e-mail>)
Did you identify yourself? (/ns ID <password>)
Did you type the bot's name correctly?

Looking at your message, you typed the name of a bot that actually isn't connected. Check for typos and join #Lurk to see if the bot's connected. Also, watch the use of capital characters.
