I believe the concept of Fist of love is the same concept Rayliegh is using to block / hurt Kizaru, which probably involves Haki, if you think about Garp being the 1 to corner Roger's pirates numeros times, he probably knows somthing about Haki. I also think this is what Sentomaru is using to injure Luffy's rubber body with physical attacks.

Zoro's gone? What if these recent chapters where used just to get rid of Zoro?..... Even so, with that it seems more likely there to be a time skip, or a period of time without Zoro.

I hope 3 days is enough for Zoro to take a rest. He could not heal or recover in such 3 days but atleast he can run himself.
