To answer your question, nudity is somewhat refrained even though it has been posted before. Photobucket usually takes down nude/implied nude shots.

Even some shots that they deem inappropriate.

For actual nudes (usually topless), ah, I think we just um make a small note about it being 18+ and upload the files to mediafire or some site like that. And make a link availible for download.
