Byakugan-Great or not?

personally i feel that the byakugan is one of the great eye techniques i mean lets get serious, sharingan was spawned from it. i know there isn't any mention of it anywhere but i think Neji does find a way 2 evolve it sumhow. hell, during the chunnin process he was regarded as the best from konoha, even more so than sasuke bc of his byakugan. Byakugan's abilities: nearly 360 degrees of vision, can see chakra flow, look through objects, view things telescopically, and see into people(like he did to hinata during their fight). seriously its kinda hard to improve the byakugan, but there are possibilities. Maybe it'll allow the person to see into the future.
