Heres a few things to consider for the fight.
Would the sharingan be able to discover something Jiraiya couldn't.
Would the clues give Kakashi any type of edge in the battle.
The main issue with Kakashi winning is his chakra consumption. It's hard to say if he has a large amount of chakra or his techniques just drain a huge amount. But the point is he could at most kill 3 bodies or so before being out of chakra in the best case. Unless theres a key body he discovers with the sharingan or whatever. So as far as destroying all the bodies go he has no chance on that. So Pein/pain would win

PS:dont compare kakashi with jiraya they never fought but i think kakashi has like 75% of jiraya strenght

Pein... duh...
remember when he was sealing the curse seal on Sasuke wayy back in the tournament and Orochimaru showed up. He seriously wussed out just by the sight of him...
ok.. that was then this is now
umm.. .ok kakashi had trouble with kakuzu.. bad enough... bad stamina, bad chakra... he just *may* finish one pein off.. then what happens..... 5 comes up and finishes the job... if jiraya couldnt do it.. he cant either
sorry kakashi... ur awesome and all.. but ur 1000 years of pain cant kill all of them.... or can it?
