Tobi's weapons?

Obviously they're Gundam wings. Tobi is a Gundam.

Looks like Tobi's armor.(what everyone previously though were prosthetic arms or robotic limbs)

Finally, some one started this thread. I noticed that too. I was going to post something but I was too lazy...
Anyways, I think those are some kind of plates that can move around. I think Tobi use them as a shield, katana, shuriken, wings and/or the way Tyki (DGM ch 125 and on) uses them.
But I wonder why they are under his arm. And the plates around his waist are gone.

I think they are some type of chakra controlled sword like Abarai Renji's, from Bleach, that stretch and retract.

yea it looks like it could form some sort of weapon with the application of chakra.
