Found this tutorial very handy.
But to understand it u need to have a basic idea of what a few tools in photoshop are, like, lasso, filter, pen, etc...
give it a try it's pretty good.

Thanks for this. I haven't taken a shot at it yet since I'm having to clean this page to just the outline (which is taking forever).
