okay due to the fact that people for some reason like to put files in .rar form I was wondering if someone out there has a good "free" site for downloading a .rar extractor. I've been thinking about win-rar.com but I'm not gonna be downloading anything that I don't have a few opinions on. So help me mangashare you're my only hope.
