Why not DearS? If Naruto, Bleach D. Gray Man and One Piece get their own forums, why not some of the smaller, less known shows like DearS and Golden Boy? Or Murder Princess? I know I sound like an idiot, and I'm not trying to start a revolution, I was just wondering.

It is probably because the manga/anime with their own forums have a lot of fans and won't be totally dead, as would probably the case with Murder Princess, Golden Boy, DearS, etc.

You've basically answered your own question. We can't possibly give each manga/anime their own forum due to organizational issues. In the long run, those forums would probably be inactive and it would be an inconvenience for everyone to have to scroll through 10 pages to get to a forum they want.

There are the general forums for each genre of Manga, start a thread there pertaining to the series. If there are enough active users, then a forum will be made. Note that only the larger series have forums at the moment, so there would have to be a significant following.
