    Manga for Dummies ebook torrent

Spotted this ebook at mininova. Haven't finished downloading it because nobody's seeding, but sometimes those 'for dummies' books are pretty good. Positive reviews at Amazon.

Update: Just so it's clear, the book is on how to draw manga. It finished downloading but I haven't started reading yet. I'll try to post soon and let y'all know if it's worth your time.

The cover of the book really throws me off. It looks like some third rate artist from deviant art drew the girl on the cover and tried to copy the "anime" style. Judging by the book the resources used for it are probably from the wikipedia page for manga.

I don't really even understand what this book is supposed to be about. Yeah it says Manga for Dummies on the cover, but what's to get? Manga = Japanese comic books. Nothing else you can get from that.

I say delete that torrent and just download some manga.

Read the top of the cover, the book is about the art of drawing manga, not manga in general.

It's a book for drawing manga yet the cover art is cookie cutter American comic book style. Hmmm......

    So how's the content?

Meh, I don't think it's actually useful for someone who wants to take it a bit seriously and make his own "manga".

It's looks more like for otakus who know nothing about drawing and want to learn a bit...
