I am not a member of any group but I clean and typeset HSDK sometimes when translations come out. Here is a link to my download if you want to verify. http://mangahelpers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=40277

Edit: I actually started my own scan team, so far I have released 3 chapters of HSDK.

Yeah, we haven't released any of my chapters yet, but I've translated some Kindaichi and Buster Keel for them. ^^
