Since there are suppose to be 7 Arcobaleno, and there is no spot for Lal Mirch's 8th corrupted pacifier, then we can conclude that Mammon is still alive. lol I wonder why I didn't notice this before.

Reborns pacifier probably doesn't count since it wasn't destroyed in the future era only the vongola ringer were. So theres probably 2 yellow pacifiers in that era. So Collonello's and someone elses pacifier at still laying around.
