I love the spicy sauce of my country and I used to put it on my rice and eay it just like that. I also do it with potatoes but I have stopped since in reality adding the massive amounts of hot sauce can create ulcers! LOL yeah every guy in my family eats lots of hot sauce but I can beat them all, but for the same reason I have to stop while I'm young or I'll regret it 5 years from now. Though some damage is already done T_T
