I was thinking about the John Woo movie Hard Boiled at the time, Chow Yun-Fat played a bad ass detective in it.

I figured they got it from that :/

you are not wrong since it was a parody but they were being sarcastic on the hard-boiled theme which is why I love Gintama.

Although its a bit hard to define, we could consider it more generally and just say its like being a bad ass ^^ since in the end the detective did end up to be a bad ass

It's not that at all. Well, yeah, that could be the actual definition of hard boiled in real life- in Gintama it seems to be trying to be manly and follow a way of life that he see's as cool.

By queen are trying to portray the feeling of womanhood why not choose princessofmuffins instead? Hmm is it that you are a teenager wishing to be an adult? ( i guess that makes it three questions )

1) No. I just wrote it 'cause I like how it sounds. I never considered "princessofmuffins" before...
I don't think it rolls off the tounge as easily. XD
Plus... Queenofmuffins? 'Tis awesome. "Kingofmuffins"..."Princessofcupcakes", ect... doesn't sound as good.
