Gintama... what can I say... you were there for me when I needed you the most. You picked me up when I was down. You taught me that I too have a Bazooka in my heart. You have taught me to never hold back and to simply just do it. I dont know what lies ahead but I know that Gintama has given me a little something that no other anime could have given me. It will forever be a ray of sun shine on my soul.

With an anime like this, I know there will be OVAs coming out of the woodworks. So I refuse to believe that it will be completely over.

umm... wrong.
whoever wrote the original thing must have mistaken it for last episode of that arc they were on.
the tv guide usually says 'last episode' next to it when it's the last episode of the arc.
cuz i'm positive it's still showing, and the newest episode is 127/128 or something.
so don't worry, and i'm sure, if you're still skeptical, youtube gintama 127 or something past 125.

Alright then, let me reiterate, the arc that it is on is the FINAL gintama arc. Regardless of what episode it could be. Episode 125 was all about the show being on its final season, and the characters reminisced about the show.

Yeah....it was even in the manga. They noted that it'd be over by episode 125.
